英國西南部城市布里斯托（Bristol）計畫明年推出太陽能樹（Solar Tree），未來民眾只要站在樹下，就能為手機充電，還可免費上網。

這棵太陽能樹高4公尺，以鋼鐵為枝幹，上有36塊太陽能板，是當地藝術家派克設計，由當地成功戒毒的人製造。派克表示，太陽能板模擬樹葉的姿態，在白天收集並傳送太陽能，希望幫助低收入家庭，獲得所需能源的公平機會。
