噴漆會掉漆！！！

我有一隻電子錶
之前拿噴漆把他都噴成黑色
現在錶帶的地方都掉漆了
我不知道我現在要繼續噴還是把他摳掉
我怕我繼續噴的話過幾天又掉
如果我都摳掉的話一定會傷到手錶
所以請問

1.有什麼辦法可以噴上去不讓漆掉下來？

2.有什麼辦法可以讓手錶上的漆全部都用掉（這樣我至少還可以保留之前的顏色）
