致茂電子今（31）日召開法人說明會，第3季合併營收為30.66億新台幣，較上季成長17%；稅後淨利為新台幣4.87億，較上季增加46%，較去年同期增加76%，EPS 1.3元。致茂指出，雖然進入設備業傳統淡季，但預期在半導體設備持續接單下，第4季營收表現將優於去年同期。

致茂第3季合併營收為30.66億新台幣，較上季成長17%，較去年同期增長14%；第3季母公司營收達16.04億，較上季增加28%，較去年同期增加50%；稅後淨利為新台幣4.87億，較上季增加46%，較去年同期增加76%。EPS 1.3元。

致茂表示，伴隨市場對精密自動化產線及IC功能性檢測設備需求提升，母公司第3季營收持續向上成長，較上季成長28%，創下歷史第3高。主要成長動能來自於Turnkey Solutions及半導體測試解決方案，持續較上季成長100%及45%。傳統量測及自動化解決方案仍穩健成長。

致茂指出，雖然進入設備業傳統淡季，但預期在半導體設備持續接單下，第4季營收表現將優於去年同期。
