標題[問題] 學專免預繳

學專方案只要是一年以上客戶可以免預繳 本身號碼是中華攜碼去台哥大 號碼是配在我媽名字底下 今年想要再攜碼回中華，而我媽一直都是中華的客戶，這樣可以符合免預繳嗎? 還是需要再辦一支新門號然後過給我在辦學專?! 有跑去中華問過，但是不知道是我說明有問題還是他真的聽不懂 鑿於後面很多人在排號，所以就先行離開了 -- 另外想問的是，在通訊行買Z3配方案，有沒有價格可以壓到11K甚至更便宜的?
