Taipei Free三年了 4成民不知

〔自由時報記者盧姮倩／台北報導〕台北市議員陳彥伯昨在市議會財政部門質詢時指出，北市公眾區免費無線上網服務（Taipei Free）上路至今近三年，但根據北市研考會調查，竟有四成民眾不知有此服務，另有四成不滿意。其中，七十八％民眾反映常連不上網、常斷線，六十五％民眾表示訊號太弱，四十一％反映網路速度問題；投訴案件更是年年增加，去年平均每月約七．五件，但今年一至五月就有四十七件，平均每月有近十件投訴，應立即檢討改善。

北市資訊局長詹德存表示，Taipei Free因承包商安源通訊頻出包，考評結果未通過，決定更換承包商；五月對外招標，卻因與投標廠商中華電信構想不符，不得不廢標，現正重新擬定規範，最快本月辦理重新招標。新得標廠商必須立即針對中斷時間長、網路龜速進行改善，包括一處無線傳輸訊號源，最多供三個無線網路接取器（Access Point，ＡＰ）傳輸，以避免流量過大而當機；另會要求廠商汰換老舊ＡＰ，更新為雙頻。
