印象不好的硬碟保固

今天在整理電腦零件時

無意找到了一顆朋友在100年1月 寄放在這的硬碟

為97年4月9日於光華的宇歆所購買 售價2500元
代理商是亞瑞士

我才想到這個問題沒幫他解決

當初朋友購買 型號st980815a的2.5吋西捷外接硬碟

在保內只使用了 十多次 約400kb的圖片資料存取便疑似損毁(機率很低)

後來因出差 送修了一間 deyuan的電腦行

時間為99年4月1號

此商行沒有將硬碟送修 自行測試並無問題 拆了原廠外接盒 所以保固失效

但不知道是不是真的保固過保 保固失效 印象 這類硬碟當時是3年保 到2011年才縮水到2年保

此商行就賣了我朋友一個外接盒 原外接本來不想還他 後來是他自己盧回來的

結果用不到2天又掛了 跑回去問 才告知拆卸後 無保固

不知道就貼紙上的資訊97年4月9日 到 deyuan 99年4月1日販售外接盒 之間 此硬碟是否過保

如果為三年保固 也就是說保固到 100年4月9日 我朋友不懂 遭到deyuan的員工拆開外盒後 硬要賣台一個200元的外盒 是否有毀損到他的權益

雖然事情過了很久已經無法追究 但還是想查個水落石出 告訴朋友真相 也當作是個經驗

如果商家沒有錯的話 也好讓我的朋友能再給予商家信任

是否有硬碟的內行人能告訴小弟 這樣的保固問題出在哪?
