標題[問題] usb裝置無法喚醒筆電(windows 8.1)

廠牌: Dell 型號: Inspiron 15 5000 購入日期: 2014/5/1 距上次使用正常時間: 2014/5/1 OS版本: windows 8.1 平常作業內容: 文書作業及上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): y 問題內容: 各位先進好，我這台筆電剛買沒幾天，還沒用上手， 這台我打算是要代替原本的桌機，所以螢幕、鍵盤、滑鼠全都是外接的， 然後平常我會將筆電上蓋闔上使用。 但是每當電腦進入睡眠狀態以後，如果要再喚醒， 我只能夠把筆電上蓋打開、按下電源鍵，才可以喚醒筆電， 而外接的滑鼠跟鍵盤怎麼動都沒辦法喚醒。 我有進bios將usb wake up support打開（改成enable）， 進入裝置管理員，在鍵盤及滑鼠的電源管理那邊把「允許這個裝置喚醒電腦」打勾， 可是仍然沒有反應，還是只能將筆電上蓋打開，按下電源鍵才能喚醒。 請問有人遇過這種狀況嗎？這樣真的很不方便說... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.194.174.45 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1399475820.A.CC6.html
