低溫特報！　明起苗栗以北低溫下探10℃

中央氣象局剛發布低溫特報，明起受到強烈大陸冷氣團南下影響，各地氣溫將明顯下滑，預計明晚到周六清晨，基隆北海岸、苗栗以北沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖於夜間和清晨將出現10℃左右低溫，提醒民眾要做好保暖準備，農漁養殖業者嚴防寒害。

此外，氣象局也發布大雨特報，今晚到明天受到鋒面通過影響，基隆北海岸及北部地區將有局部大雨發生機會，請注意瞬間大雨及雷擊。（張勵德／台北報導）
