【吳詠平／桃園報導】桃園縣觀音鄉海邊藻礁保育問題在多方關注下，縣政府去年委託「台灣濕地協會」做評估最後的報告即將出爐，朝向類似高美濕地的作法，讓生態與當地民眾共存。該處由於鄰近觀音工業區，一直有廢水排放問題，環保局已在污水處理廠放流口及雨水排放口裝上24小時監測器連線到環保局內，只要數據有異常就會立即稽查。
