關於Cosplay(問題可能有點多...)

本人今年國二，想和朋友一起玩Cos。
可是想問的問題好多所以上來問各位大大>
-
1.關於妝的的部分..化妝品需要哪些?(求推薦，希望是好用又不會太貴的)
2.因為想扮的角色是男生..請問男妝跟女妝的有什麼差別?
3.本人身高不高..跟喜歡的角色(是想cosAPH的英國)有些距離..可是是非常喜歡的角色(本命#)，有人說可以考慮用鞋墊的，請問10公分會很誇張嗎
4.假髮怎麼挑選?上了露天看了很多..想問高溫絲是什麼?
(想問的有點多，一時想不到會再補)

另外再問個問題..
有聽別人說不能穿著Cos服當外出服(說是不尊重)
但是我在學校看到有人穿著俄羅斯套娃的外套(就真的是當外套請問這樣可以嗎?
