百貨福袋紅利券　消保官：不得限期

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市消保官上周邀集大遠百公司、遠東百貨、太平洋百貨與麗寶百貨等業者，說明新年度提出福袋銷售方案，發現大遠百公司及遠東百貨銷售「新春好運袋」之商品內容中分別包括「2100元全館紅利券」及「1000元新春紅利券」，限制消費者使用期限，且部分專櫃無法使用，有損消費者權益，已要求業者改善。
 
消保官表示，該紅利券並非單純由業者所贈與，而是消費者花錢購買，因此紅利券的性質等同於「禮券」，因此限制使用期限或館內部分專櫃方得使用，將有損及消費者權益之虞，已要求二業者將相關限制取消。
