黃世銘不到立院司法委員會備詢遭譴責

立法院司法法制委員會上午審查「法院組織法」修正草案，檢察總長黃世銘請假未列席備詢，針對黃世銘來不來的問題，委員會幾度停會由法務部長羅瑩雪打電話叫黃世銘前來，由於黃世銘仍然不到，引發朝野立委不滿，民進黨團總召柯建銘提出5項建議案，包括譴責黃世銘、廢除特偵組、特偵組公務預算全數刪除、黃世銘移送監察院懲處、委員會擇期拜會特偵組; 經會議主席動用表決，由於現場只有國民黨立委僅剩潘維剛在場，表決通過決議案。
