離婚後有子女的情況下，女方的父母可以分到我妹妹的遺產嗎？

你好！

民法第一千一百三十八條（法定繼承人及其順序）

遺產繼承人，除亡者之配偶外，依下列順序定之：

一、亡者之直系血親卑親屬。(子女.養子女)
二、亡者之父母。
三、亡者之兄弟姊妹。
四、亡者之祖父母。

第一順位有人, 就輪不到第二順位。

離婚後, 還是有你妹的子女優先 , 女方母親沒辦法分得。
