通保法修監聽權限 國安局：說得清楚就推

國安局擬訂草案準備對通訊保障及監察法有關監聽權限上進行修法，國安局長蔡得勝上午在立法院外交及國防委員會受訪指出，目前的敏感度確是國安局所考量，因為說不清楚。國安局已花兩年時間委請學者舉行公聽會，也已經過許多場合給社會大眾作說明，但這是一個很敏感的問題，國安局還要繼續努力，說得清楚就推出來。
