關於自己提離職，勞基法上是寫提前20天告知 請問從告知日開始，公司可以用"不需要交接工作"為理由 要員工在告知日馬上離職，或不到20天就離職嗎？ (其實是被恐嚇不自己離職就資遣，也就是"被自願離職") 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.221.68
