護理機構不得規避政府單位督導

行政院會上午通過「護理人員法」修正草案，增訂護理機構不得規避、妨礙或拒絕中央主管機關評鑑及地方政府督導考核，否則有相關罰則，若情節重大，得處一個月以上、一年以下停業處分，再未改善，甚至能廢止設置許可。
