陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢31日上午公布偵結起訴結果，包括542旅旅長沈威志等18人遭到提起公訴。

軍檢署31日上午舉行記者會，公布洪仲丘案偵查結果，包括542旅旅長沈威志、副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、副連長劉延俊、上士范佐憲、士官長陳以人等6人涉嫌違反刑法第28條、陸海空軍刑法第45條第2項「共同對部屬施以法定種類以外之處罰」、陸海空軍刑法第76條第1項第2款、刑法第134條、第302條「共同職權妨礙自由等罪」。

269旅禁閉室室長蕭志明、副室長羅濟元、禁閉士管理士宋浩群、李念祖、陳嘉祥、李侑政、黃冠鈞、黃聖筌、張豐政及侯孟南等10人，涉犯業務過失致人於死。269旅憲兵官郭毓龍，涉犯「公務員假借職務上之權力，以其他非法方法，剝奪人之行動自由」。

在起訴名單中，269旅禁閉室管理士陳毅勳，涉犯上官藉勢凌虐軍人、上官藉勢凌虐軍人致人於死罪嫌，最重可處無期徒刑，起訴罪行為18人最重。

在軍檢這波起訴名單中，並未出現醫官呂孟穎的名字；軍檢表示，呂孟穎是否涉及醫療過失部分，已送行政院衛生福利部醫事審議委員會鑑定，若有醫療疏失，將依法起訴。
