新電腦顯卡 出現停止回應 並順利恢復狀況

兩個月全新購電腦 配備如下:
intel core i5-3470 CPU 3.2GHz
記憶體 16G
主機板P8-B75MLE
顯示卡:MSI Geforce GTX650 2G
Power:450W
一般網頁OR看影片都正常,但於玩戰車世界 不定時出現下列情形
(NVIDIA windows kernel mode driver 326.19停止回應,並已順利恢復),有時不會發生,有時會連續壞.
之後有上網找尋解決方案如 window7 aero 將視窗改成不透明, 電力效能改成平衡, 網路(使用軟體呈現,而不使用GPU呈現)勾選,均無法改善
請問是否為軟體問題 還是硬體問題,是否有改善方式,
