與Sony拆分後 Vaio將首推高階筆電

日經新聞報導，日本個人電腦（PC） 業者Vaio計劃在2014年度結束前推出高階筆電，是Vaio從Sony分拆出來後，首度推出新產品。

Vaio總裁關取高行受訪時透露，計劃在明年度推出Vaio自立門戶後首次獨立開發的新筆電，造型輕薄，功能簡便，也將納入能展現Vaio品牌風格的特色。

Vaio目前銷售中的兩款筆電早在獨立拆分就前推出，該公司計劃在2015年推出至少四款筆電，擴充產品線，且未來有意以Vaio品牌進軍個人電腦（PC）產業以外的市場。

面臨來勢洶洶的Chromebook平價筆電衝擊，Vaio仍看好高階筆電需求。為壓低成本，Vaio筆電將外包製造，但所有產品都會送至長野廠區進行品管。
