AUTOCAD 標註型式問題~很急

請問autocad的問題

當我從A檔案複製某一些東西到B檔案
標註型式卻改變了
譬如~在A檔案的標註檔案，字大小是30
符號與箭頭裡的設定全部不一樣，
主要單位裡的精確度也不一樣，這是那裡出了問題呢??
這個問題很急~~

標註型式~有時候我進去改字的大小，按確定後，圖面用此型式的標註，字也會跟著改變大小。但有時候卻不行~這是為什麼呢???

一樣是標註型式問題，當我移動圖面一些東西，標註線就會跟著拉長，但有一些東西是非得要移動不可，請問怎麼解決這個問題呢??
