傳電影連結會觸法？文化部長：我也不敢點了

民進黨立委何欣純今在教育文化委員會質詢文化部長洪孟啟時表示，一個月來接獲3起民眾陳情，他們好奇點了從Line傳來的電影連結，幾個月後就被告上法院，要求上萬元和解金，懷疑有影視公司以「釣魚」方式，謀取大筆和解金，要求文化部處理。

洪孟啟表示，在通訊軟體LINE分享電影連結恐違法，會和國家通訊傳播委員會、經濟部智慧財產局跨部會了解。他說，自己也收過許多類似的訊息，但沒點過，今天得知此狀況，以後更不敢去點，「非常感謝委員提醒」。（陳威廷／台北報導）
