Apple Watch加持　美股終場收紅

法新社今天（10日）報導，在美國蘋果公司（Apple）發表智慧型手錶Apple Watch，加上通用汽車（General Motors）宣佈將斥資將進行50億美元（約1576億台幣）回購股票後，華爾街股市周一終場收紅。道瓊工業指數勁升138.94點，來到17995.72點，升幅達0.78%；S&P 500指數勁升8.17點，來到2079.43點，升幅達0.39%；納斯達克指數勁升15.07點，來到4942.44點，升幅達0.31%。蘋果股價上漲0.4%，通用汽車股價上漲3.1%。（黃炎坤／綜合外電報導）
