掏寶購物被海關扣留

在掏寶購買電動奶泡壺,卻收到海關扣留通知
被要求提供身分證彩色影本,和必須繳500多元的費用
對方給帳號和聯絡電話,也給了文件檔案電子信
不知道這是詐騙集團嗎?
我也一直都沒收到商品.....
有人知道是什麼情形嗎?還是有人遇到過嗎?
我不敢給她身分正彩色影本,擔心被騙,也擔心匯了錢,東西也收不到.
