傳阿富汗塔利班將與美展開首輪和談

路透社報導，阿富汗塔利班內部消息人士今天透露，他們的代表今天稍後將與美國官員在卡達展開首輪和談。

阿富汗塔利班資深成員從卡達透過電話表示：「第一次會議今天將在卡達登場，接著明天會有另一次會議。先前談判沒有任何成果，讓我們看看這次會發生什麼事。」

美方或卡達官員未立即置評。
