標題[請益] 主機板是否掛了

這台電腦是小弟退役給家人用的文書機幾天前使用時突然聞到焦味後自己關機就打不開了檢查機板無燒焦痕跡，psu有焦味，決定買一顆新的之後購買了黑武士 350w，在銅柱上測試還是無法開機請問這塊板子是否沒救了，有什麼方法可檢測附上照片，手邊沒電腦只有手機排版如果不順還請原諒，感謝各位回答 http://i.imgur.com/N1tQuKB.jpg
