停火生效但烏軍遭攻擊60次

烏克蘭軍方今天表示，停火生效後的數小時以來，烏軍部隊遭人開火有60次。

烏國軍方告訴記者，戰略重鎮傑巴利采韋（Debaltseve）依舊是發生衝突最多的地方，親俄羅斯分離叛軍對戌守傑鎮的烏軍陣地發射格勒式火箭（Grad）。

親俄分離叛軍切斷了傑巴利采韋鎮內烏克蘭守軍的對外連繫，兩軍在停火協議生效前曾爆發數天的激烈攻防戰鬥。

分離叛軍方面指控烏克蘭守軍在試圖突圍脫逃時，砲轟他們據點，只是烏克蘭守軍的突圍並未成功。
