綠營贏得彰縣立委補選

彰化縣第四選區立法委員補選，陳素月以5萬1907票勝過卓伯源的3萬4707票當選，順利為民進黨保住彰化縣唯一一席的立委。

第四選區原任立委魏明谷在去年底彰化縣長選舉勝出，當選彰化縣長，遺缺有前縣長卓伯源、前縣議員陳素月和洪麗娜、前國大代表張春男登記參選。第四選區人數25萬9816人，今天投票率約，選情相當冷清。
