沱江艦停航？海軍否認

針對沱江艦被指出現浮力不足等重大設計瑕疵，因此停航，海軍司令部中午正式聲明指出，沱江艦原本就採取模組化設計，可針對不同威脅來源，而有不同載重，原本就沒有要設計成外界所稱的「無敵戰艦」。但海軍也表示，沱江艦是新裝備，海軍不敢說設計完美，對於載重等相關問題，海軍會再進行了解與討論。

至於停航之說，海軍司令部則加以否認，強調近日天候欠佳，沱江艦照表操課，近期就會再出航。
