（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北5日電）男子張德正去年駕車衝撞總統府。台北地方法院今天依殺人未遂等罪判處他5年10月有期徒刑，全案可上訴。

張德正的委任律師表示，會提起上訴。

張德正因與前妻的官司遭判刑，聲稱不滿司法不公，去年1月25日駕駛貨車衝破總統府的防彈門進入總統府車廳，遭檢方依涉犯刑法殺人未遂、妨害公務、毀損建築物、毀損物品罪和文化資產保存法毀損古蹟罪起訴。檢方另行移送併辦侵入住宅部分。1040205
