RICOH辦公室印表機設定

跪求助各位高手:

目前公司線路使用中華電信印表機在scan發信端的設定使用msa.hinet.net

但最近想改成凱X大寬頻的光纖網路線路

豈料線路轉換和分享器設定都好解決問題竟卡在印表機無法scan ???

印表機廠商說必須請凱X提供 SMTP伺服器名稱才可做設定

但凱X說不清楚該伺服器名稱是什麼無法提供資訊

原本順利的計畫就臨時喊停 (殘念..)

我越想越不甘心難道真的無解嗎?

請求各位高手指點迷津吧感激不盡
