專家促中美洲鞏固關稅同盟

本地學者專家指出，中美洲統合進展遲緩，這個區域必須加強關稅同盟、消滅貧窮和暴力，以吸引外資推動經濟發展。

中美洲經濟統合銀行副總裁羅德里格斯（Alejandro Rodriguez）對媒體表示，對中美洲統合，各國已有政治共識，但某些統合過程仍推動遲緩，如各國關稅同盟的成立如能及早達成，將可促進區域內貨物和服務交流。

中美洲財政暨投資論壇日前在宏都拉斯首都德古西加巴召開，羅德里格斯在論壇中曾表示，統合的中美洲巳被界定為一個和平、發展和進步的區域。

但羅德里格斯認為，中美洲仍面對著極端貧窮、社會不公和社會不安等問題，這些問題對吸引外資都構成嚴重阻礙。
