請問這win8 phone作業系統與電腦win8的作業系統相同嗎??可以下載一般電腦的軟體嗎?例如股票看盤軟體,一般手機android系統都不可以的,只能在play商店下載適合android的軟體!

我的意思是nokia手機上網後(因為是win8 phone),可以像一般電腦一樣到證券公司的網站直接下載看盤軟體嗎(非android用的軟體)??-------------3Q
