冬天燥熱就全身癢

本人皮膚本身就乾性體質，早晚也都有擦乳液，可是冬天只要一燥熱，皮膚就奇癢無比，這時候趕快擦乳液也沒有用，抓也沒有用，還是很癢！
現在冬天都穿短袖來保值自己體溫不要提高，很怕一熱了就開始養！
想請問有沒有解決方法?是甚麼樣的因素?
