陳為廷被起訴! 不為摸乳為衝撞

陳為廷遭到起訴，原因不是摸乳事件，而是前年的一起舊案。還記得2013年7月31日的一場立院抗議衝突，當時太陽花學運領袖陳為廷、林飛帆、魏揚等人，在立院外進行反服貿抗議，衝撞警方人牆，被認定涉嫌妨害公務函送法辦。今天(26日)上午偵結，起訴陳為廷，至於林飛帆和魏揚則不起訴。

當時立法院臨時會【內政委員會】舉行兩岸服務貿易協議公聽會，場外近百名學生抗議，要求進場旁聽被拒絕，於是翻牆衝入立院，與警方爆發流血衝突。
