中藥粉容易受潮,可以放3M真空保鮮盒嗎?

短期保鮮是ok.

如果藥粉量多沒能很快吃完的話,放冰箱最好,避免看不見的變質問題.

建議將藥粉分成數袋,減少所有藥粉每次開就多一次接觸空氣的機會.

每小袋裡各放入乾燥劑,這樣,就更能保久了哦.
