不知道發在這版合不合適如果有更好的版適合發文請告知如題我小孩11/30出生，因為想找個好名字，所以到今天還沒有報戶口，無奈最近因為種種問題，跟孩子的媽吵架，沒想到孩子的媽利用小孩當作武器，威脅不滿足她開出的所有條件，就不提供身分證報戶口，很無奈她居然把大人間的紛爭加諸在自己的親生孩子身上，想請問在不用到母親身份証下的情況，有沒有變通的方法能報戶口，或是有任何辦法制衡她強制她報戶口(法律途徑讓公權力介入？) -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.11.64.30 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1419108122.A.91C.html
