如題，因為Chrome每次開都跳未正常關視窗出來，但是當然我有正常關....每次看兩個視窗跳出來很惱人，因此一時手賤想動手改掉這個東西。看了下網路建議是要去動一個叫Documents and settings這個還算常看到的資料夾(以下簡稱DS夾)，點進去發現存取被拒，於是又再次手賤跑去改權限.... 於是乎，Chrome的問題解決了，卻跳出更多問題。 http://i.imgur.com/40ZCZjp.jpg IE徹底掛點。

似情形，但是後來發現只要用系統管理員身分開啟就能正常用。 http://i.imgur.com/IOr71hr.jpg 連刪檔案或移動到其他資料夾都要權限....
