澎湖縣議員當選人吳文相和2名樁腳，今晚遭聲押獲准，預料將無法在25日宣誓就職，震驚澎湖政壇。

澎湖地檢署今晚依違反選罷法，傳訊吳文相到案，並於晚間向院方聲押獲准，這也是這次澎湖縣議員當選人遭收押的第一人。

澎湖地檢署也將同時提起當選無效之訴，未來若判決確定，落選頭蘇陳綉色可望順利遞補。

而值得一提的是吳文相在本屆議員，就是遞補蘇陳綉色的夫婿蘇文佐之缺的。

澎湖五合一選舉當選人，將同步在25日宣誓就職，目前地檢署還有多起賄選案件偵辦中，也可望在近期內展開行動。(中央社)
