clipper card的使用問題

12月到美國旅遊(7天),

問題1:如果我純粹用途就是去1.柏克萊一趟(來回)還有去2.舊金山機場一次(回程)是否有必要買呢?

問題2:網路上不少人說退費麻煩.但官網上又說填申請表格,然後扣信用卡5元.當然.這樣會不會多此一舉呀.

問題4:機場可以辦嗎?爬文有人說不行..但還是想再確認一次.
