柯震東自費戒癮治療　本周赴醫院評估

藝人柯震東8月14日在北京呼麻被捕，返台後毛髮驗出大麻成分，北檢上周再傳他出庭，考量他沒前科且犯後態度良好，決定讓他自費到北市松德院區進行戒癮治療，換取緩起訴2年。據了解，柯最快本周將赴松德院區接受評估，一旦確認適合進行戒癮治療，檢方將對他做出緩起訴處分。
 
柯震東15日出庭時，檢察官曾當庭諭知，柯在緩起訴期間的2年內，需依醫師指示接受藥物或心理治療，並不定時驗尿，一旦柯無故未配合療程3次，或未配合驗尿，甚至再被驗出吸毒，則緩起訴將被撤銷，直接被起訴。
 
柯震東因8月14日在中國吸食大麻遭逮，返台後北檢9月首度傳他出庭，對他採集尿液、毛髮檢驗，柯坦承在2年內8度呼麻，由於毛髮檢驗報告結果與其說法相符，檢察官考量他沒前科且犯後態度良好，決定讓他自費戒癮治療換取緩起訴。（賴又嘉／台北報導）
