北榮安眠藥處方重複高　恐有用藥疑慮

中央健康保險署早上公布今年5到7月同一家醫療院所「安眠藥處方重複開出排行榜」。每家院所規模大小不同、病患人數有差，此榜單依各院所這3個月間開立的處方總日數分為5大組，其中台北榮總雖在處方量最大的組內，但安眠藥處方重複率最高、達1.09％，換算下來該院在這3個月間至少有2萬1800張處方的安眠藥重疊、恐增患者用藥安全疑慮。
 
該排行榜分為第1組處方總日數200萬天以上（5家）、第2組100萬至200萬天（14家）、第3組50萬至100萬天（30家）、第4組25萬至50萬天（48家）、第5組10萬至25萬天（70家）。各組重複率最高的醫院，分別為北榮、嘉義基督教醫院、國軍高雄總醫院、陽明醫院及博仁醫院；各組重複率最低的醫院，則為台大醫院、中國醫藥大學附設醫院、光田醫院、高雄小港醫院及北榮台東分院。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
