請問國慶升旗慢跑活動在市政府北廣場是哪裡?

請問關於雙十國慶日升旗慢跑活動所指的北廣場是哪邊?
就是如果我搭捷運在市政府站下站的話，大約要走多久時間才會到達北廣場?而又該怎麼走才會走到北廣場?

另外捷運都是早上幾點開始營運?

還有，有經驗的人可否提醒一下須要帶些什麼東西隨行?
