大戶條款影響股市動能　江宜樺：不同意

國內股市九月份持續走軟，指數已跌破9千點，並持續下探，國民黨立委林德福與羅明才今天均在立院質疑，是因證所稅與大戶條款逼迫股市資金出走，影響股市動能，建議取消相關規範。

行政院長江宜樺表示，這波價量波動原因，並非因為大戶條款等規定，片面取消相關規定反而太過躁進；將在不動證所稅條款的前提下，推動振興措施刺激動能。

金管會主委曾銘宗也說，近來股市成交量偏低，主要是因為外資撤出亞股，返回美國資金市場，已採取相關因應措施。
