不甩自治權 烏東要自辦選舉

烏克蘭國會上周通過賦予烏東自治權法案，但鐵了心要獨立的烏東叛軍並不領情。「頓內次克及盧甘斯克人民共和國」宣布，要在11月2日舉行選舉，要選出自己的領袖和國會。親俄的烏東叛軍自今年4月與烏克蘭政府交戰5個多月，總算在本月5日簽訂停火協議。但叛軍自辦選舉顯然打了烏克蘭政府一巴掌，總統波洛申科尚未就此事發表意見。
