脂肪肝年輕化！　高中男生嚴重脂肪肝

台灣人愈來愈胖，脂肪肝也日漸年輕化，一名17歲高中男生因過胖而就醫，醫師檢查發現他的脂肪肝相當嚴重，一顆不到2公斤的肝臟，裡面竟然差不多有一半都是脂肪。
 
書田診所胃腸肝膽科主任王志堂表示，脂肪肝發生率在一般人約40-50％，兒少約10%左右，但近年收治的兒少脂肪肝病例持續上升；脂肪肝以後可能會進展為肝炎，甚至肝硬化、肝癌，不可不慎。
 
王志堂說，若超音波診斷是脂肪肝，但肝功能正常，沒有B型、C型肝炎，也沒有酗酒或亂吃藥，接下來定期追蹤即可；脂肪肝可完全根治，尤其是輕度脂肪肝，只要持續飲食調節，配合適當運動，人生也可變回彩色。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
