陸對日企開出逾12億罰單

大陸國家發改委9月18日公布行政處罰決定書，對12家日本汽車零組件企業實施反壟斷處罰。國家發改委對這12家日本零部件和軸承企業（其中兩家免罰）合計罰款人民幣12.354億元，這是大陸反壟斷調查以來開出的最高金額罰單。

據大陸國家發改委今天公布的名單，十二家日本企業具體名單為：株式會社電裝、愛三工業株式會社、三菱電機株式會社、三葉株式會社、矢崎總業株式會社、古河電氣工業株式會社、住友電氣工業株式會社、株式會社不二越、日本精工株式會社、NTN株式會社、株式會社捷太格特。

其中，株式會社不二越、日立汽車系統有限公司因主動報告達成壟斷協定有關情況並提供重要證據，大陸國家發改委決定對這兩企業免除行政處罰。
