新北市衛生局追查73家使用合將香豬油的小吃店，今天已清查完成，扣除歇業及未營業等店家，29店表明已停用合將香豬油。

台北市工研整合行銷公司委託強冠公司製造「合將香豬油（15公斤裝）」共6萬9165公斤。新北市衛生局昨天接獲台北市政府衛生局通知後，前往工研整合位於新莊營業所，現場封存「合將香豬油」2955公斤。

衛生局指出，工研整合新莊營業所共進貨1萬7730公斤，扣除封存部分，1萬4775公斤的餿水油流入北部地區各地小吃店及麵店共128處，新北市占73處最多。

為及時追回這些問題油，衛生局從昨晚調動人員分別查察，但因中秋連假，許多小吃店都休息沒營業，但截至今天下午已完成73家小吃店清查。

新北市衛生局副局長林金富指出，扣除歇業11家、未營業22家及11家待進一步勾稽查證外，其餘29家小吃店都坦承有用合將香豬油，但已停用，衛生局共封存60公斤。(中央社)
