月經不順 連續兩個月來了14天以上

我想請問 月經來14天以上的話會引起什麼樣的症狀？還有醫生有說要幫我調經如果吃了西醫的調經藥的話會變胖嗎？這樣的症狀已經是第二個月了，第三個月經只來了兩天就沒了，量只有一點點～但過了兩天月經又來了，這到底是我的肌瘤又複發了嗎？因為兩年前有做肌瘤切除手術～所以才會這樣嗎？
