我常常在寄東西，包括3C產品

特別是相機這種東西，最好氣泡袋包5層以上，然後要用紙盒裝起來，裡面空隙要塞滿

再裝到厚紙箱內，空隙塞報紙

不然有一半以上的機會被宅配丟到壞掉

別懷疑，他們在配送的時候所有東西都是用丟的

所以建議樓主暫時修改一下措詞用語

等釐清損壞造成原因之後再來看要跟誰索陪

萬一真的不是元佑弄壞的，卻要承受無妄之災那也未免太無辜

還有沒來收件的情況我也常遇到，70％都是宅配公司漏件

我已經罵到不想罵了，他們常常一忙就會故意把偏遠，或是不順路的件當做沒看見

還要一催再催才會來收/送

樓主的照片看起來是嚴重外力造成的，所以個人猜兇手是宅配公司的機會很高...

元佑應該還沒無恥到故意摔客人相機來A維修費XDD
