學運幹部陳廷豪 酒駕遭起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北18日電）黑色島國青年陣線成員陳廷豪13日在友人住處喝完紅酒後，涉嫌酒駕機車，酒測值0.34，北檢今天依公共危險罪嫌起訴並聲請簡判。

台北地檢署指出，陳廷豪明知酒後不能安全駕駛，先在友人台北巿仁愛路的住處喝了二杯紅酒後，於13日凌晨5時許，騎機車欲返家途中，行經仁愛路時，遭警方查獲，酒測值為每公升0.34毫克。

台北地檢署今天偵結，依公共危險罪起訴陳廷豪，並向法院聲請簡易判決處刑。

此外，北檢偵辦學運期間闖入行政院首謀案，日前已傳訊過陳廷豪，並諭令新台幣5萬元交保。全案仍在偵辦中。1030618
